For you we’ll die

We will all try

We’ll shout if tongues were tied

Hussein’s the perfect guide

There has already been for you

Signs from the blood of the vein

Telling you what’s right and what’s true

Now the knowledge you should gain

Now why don’t you say to those who

Are willing to use their brain

Say to them Hussein is from me

And say I am from Hussein

If they reply

How, where or why?

Say he’s the Prophet’s pride

Hussein’s the perfect guide

Let’s all raise Hussein’s flag with height

And let’s all go to his shrine

Voices will together recite

Oh Hussein you are divine

Oh Hussein for you we will fight

Whoever crosses the line

Breath, sound, touch and you are my sight

And every sense you define

And you apply

To every eye

The sight that’s open wide

There are many men that all say

We’re believers of Allah

But when we mention Ghadeer’s day

And the day of Ashura

And if we tell them what happened

On the land of Karbala

They forget the Prophet’s grandson

The father of Abdullah

They will deny

Blood from the sky

And even if they tried
